Painting Commissions and Purchases


Go to Prints and Home Décor Shop to purchase prints, home décor and accessories with designs by Amber Palomares, Palm Beach Artist. The prints will be shipped directly from my printer, Fine Art America! 

Go to my Etsy Original Paintings Shop to purchase an original oil or acrylic painting by Amber Palomares, Palm Beach Artist.  I will ship the original paintings to your home. Original paintings can only be shipped within the United States.

Purchase Fine Art Prints:
Quality impressionist art prints can be ordered direct from the printer on my Fine Art Print Store. Orders can be completely customized by you (frames, mats, different paper finishes, acrylic resin, metal and gallery wrapped canvas available).  My printer, Fine Art America, in Georgia offers a 30 day return of the purchase price 30 days from the date of purchase! See their policy at checkout.

Purchase Original Paintings:
I accept credit cards through an online Etsy shopping cart.   All professional original paintings are on cotton archival quality canvas (.75 inch depth or 1 3/8 Gallery Wrapped) unless otherwise noted.  The sides of the canvas paintings are painted black unless otherwise noted.   Each painting is varnished with Gamblin varnish.

Purchase a Commissions:

I would love to create a personal piece for you!   It's an easy process, and here are a few things that can help you with your decision to select me as your artist:

Conversation/Email Request:
  • Contact me if you are interested in a landscape or seascape oil painting commission.  Describe what you are looking for. I can also work from photos that are non-copyrighted. 
  • An agreement will be sent to client/patron and will need to be signed and returned to artist before starting work.
Commission Price. and Refund Policy:
  • Prices range from $2-3 a square inch depending on the complexity, canvas type and size. Additional costs are applied for shipping and taxes, if applicable.  Local delivery in Palm Beach area available,
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission.
  • Payment in full is due before shipping the commission.
  • No refunds on commission piece.
Commission Painting Process:
  • As I work on your artwork, I will send photos to update you on the progress.  Please provide feedback during the painting process.  I am happy to make up to three small adjustments based on your requests during the development process.
  • A photo of the completed painting before it is varnished will be sent to the patron/client.  
  • One final small change can be made before varnishing.
Commission Shipping/Delivery:
  • A final invoice will be emailed with shipping and handling costs (I ship Federal Express Ground unless other instructions are provided by client/patron)  to patron/client.  
  • The patron/client is under no obligation to pay the remaining 50% for the painting.  
  • Final payment must be received within two week of submittal via email.
  • Painting must be dry to the touch before delivery or shipping.
  • Commissions generally take 3-6 months from start to ship date.
Copyright Policy for Commission and Non-Commission Artwork:
  • Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commission by Client/Patron that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright.  No work may be reproduced by the client/patron without the written approval of Artist.

Payment:

Credit cards, Cash or personal checks are  accepted (shipping will be delayed until the check clears). Contact the artist if you would like to make a purchase via personal check.  Sales tax (and county surtax if applicable) are applied for all purchases made within the state of Florida. Fine Art America processes your payment for any prints or home decor items ordered.

Shipping Policy:

Original paintings are carefully packaged and mailed between 3 to 7 days (Monday-Friday) of payment received.  Items are shipped in the United States via UPS, Federal Express Standard, and USPS  depending  on painting size and location of buyer.  All packages are shipped returned receipt requested (signature required upon receipt). Delivery time is usually between 7-10 business days unless I am on vacation. Please call or email me if you have any questions regarding delivery time.

Prints are mailed by Fine Art America within 4 days of purchase.

Refunds (non-commissioned art):
100% Satisfaction is guaranteed for the prints and original paintings.

If not satisfied with your purchase, return your purchase within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price minus any costs I paid to ship and insure the item. Although I offer FREE Shipping/Insurance, on original paintings,  shipping and insurance costs I paid for are deducted from the sales price if the item is returned.  

The customer pays for the return postage costs.   Customer must also pay for insuring the package for the price paid for the painting. Refund is processed upon receipt of the item.

If possible, please use the same box and packaging materials to carefully pack and return your purchase. Return shipping and insurance must be provided and paid for by the buyer.  

For Prints/Home Decor and Accessories:  Fine Art America, will refund the purchase price if not completely satisfied within 30 days from date of purchase.  See their policy at check out in the print shop.
